WHAT IS WATER JET LOOM
Water Jet Loom is a type of shuttle free flat weaving machine specifically designed to produce fabrics, including plastic-based textiles, using a high-pressure water jet to insert the weft yarn (crosswise threads) through the warp yarns (lengthwise threads).

WHAT IS JY608
Model JY608 is specially designed for plastic woven industry. It's not regular water jet loom for textile fabric. This model is suitable for quality higher duty fabric weaving at high speed.

WHAT'S THE LOOM WIDTH RANGE:
The standard loom width is 230cm, which can make fabric at 215cm.
The max loom width is 680cm, which can make fabric at 650cm.

What's the loom speed?
For plain weaving, 230cm loom can run at 500-650 rpm.
360cm loom can run at 350-400rpm
480cm loom can run at 300-350 rpm
540cm loom can run at 250-300 rpm
680cm loom can run at 200-250 rpm

What fabric JY608 loom could make
Most of PP/PE flat fabric made out of tape yarn could be made, including: PE tarpaulin fabric, PP leno mesh fabric, PP weedmat fabric, PP Shade-net fabric, as well as HDPE mono-net.
